Fuck the Ops is an independent publication. Contact: [email protected]. The site stores account email, display name, derived password data, session records, membership tier, orders, Board activity, moderation reports, and newsletter consent. Stripe receives and processes payment details; this application stores Stripe identifiers, not card numbers.
Data is used to provide accounts, purchases, fulfillment, membership access, moderation, security, and requested communications. Data is not sold. Service providers are limited to Cloudflare for hosting/storage and Stripe for billing. Account data is retained while your account is active; order records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request access or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will act on verified requests within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Terms

Purchases grant the license stated with the product. Unless a product says otherwise, digital materials are licensed to one purchaser for personal or internal business use and may not be resold, redistributed, or presented as the purchaser's original work. Templates come without a guarantee that they fit every security, compliance, or business context.
Users may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, disrupt service, infringe rights, harass others, or use Board content to facilitate harm. Accounts may be suspended for material violations. These terms are governed by applicable United States law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the operator's home state.
Refunds and cancellations
Make the promise match reality.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time through the PayPal Subscription Management and remain active through the paid period. Digital purchases are generally final once accessed, except in cases of duplicate charges, technical non-delivery, or rights required by law. Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn and unused; buyer-remorse return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded when reported with reasonable evidence within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping and fulfillment
Do not promise imaginary logistics.
Physical items are produced or packed after purchase. Estimated processing: 3–5 business days. Estimated shipping: 5–10 business days within the United States; 10–21 business days international (US, Canada, UK, Australia). Tracking is supplied when available. Customs duties and taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility. Address errors reported before dispatch are corrected free of charge. Digital delivery is fulfilled through a private download link or the purchaser's account/email.
